1. RMA Request Process

1.1 All returns require the filing of this form.

1.2 Customers should provide the following information when requesting an RMA:

Invoice number and date of purchase.

Product name, model number, and quantity to be returned

Reason for the return (e.g., warranty claim, non-warranty repair)

1.3 N5 Sensors Inc. will review the return request and determine whether it meets the criteria for authorization.

2. RMA Authorization

2.1 Returns will be authorized based on the following criteria:

a- The product is covered under the applicable warranty period.

b- The product is within the allowable return window from the invoice date.

c- The product is in new and unused condition, and all original packaging, instruction manuals, and accessories are included.

d- The return is for warranty coverage and complies with the terms and conditions of the warranty.

2.2 N5 Sensors Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the specified criteria.

3. Warranty Returns

3.1 Products to be returned for warranty coverage must be within the applicable warranty period, terms and conditions.

3.2 For warranty returns, N5 Sensors Inc. will cover the shipping charges.

4. Non-Warranty Returns

4.1 Returns for repair of products that are no longer within the warranty period or for damage not covered by the warranty are accepted.

4.2 N5 Sensors Inc. will inform the customer of the estimated repair cost, and return of the product will be considered authorization to proceed with the repair, with the customer agreeing to pay for the repair cost, even if it exceeds the original estimate.

5. Transportation Charges

5.1 The customer is responsible for all transportation, insurance, duties, and similar charges for all returned products except for warranty returns.

5.2 The customer must ensure that the product is appropriately packaged.

5.3 Products shipped to N5 Sensors Inc. freight collect will be refused.

5.4 Shipping damages resulting from improper packaging will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. RMA Number and Labeling

6.1 Products must be accompanied by a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

6.2 Products returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

7. Agreement

By requesting an RMA number from N5 Sensors Inc., the customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this RMA Policy.
